5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, SJ Hair World is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. In the case of a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@sjhairworld.com. SJ Hair World reserves the right to inspect the returned product and determine if it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
